Wine
Tinklers U&I Shiraz is named after brothers Usher William and Ian Geoffrey Tinkler, who formed a partnership to continue the family's viticultural history.
The fruit is sourced from the winery's original Shiraz plantings in the foothills of the Pokolbin Mountains. It is harvested row by row prior to traditional open fermentation. Once pressed, the wine matures in French oak.
Deep purple, Tinklers U&I Shiraz offers concentrated dark fruit flavours and velvety oak tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
